Psychotherapy

“When everything is lost and all seems darkness, then comes new life, and all that is needed.”
 – Joseph Campbell

Certain passages in life call one to walk hand in hand with uncertainty. As a psychotherapist, I offer support and guidance to my clients through periods of instability, change, and self-discovery. My approach is collaborative, encouraging a sense of trust, safety, and self-agency. Integrating Jungian, psychodynamic, humanistic, and family systems techniques, I work with each individual to develop their inner emotional resources and natural creative resilience.

I offer psychotherapy and counseling to adults of all ages for a variety of issues. Some of my areas of experience are:

  • Depression, anxiety, & stress
  • Trauma/PTSD
  • Relationship, family, & single life challenges
  • Life & career transitions
  • Facilitating the artistic process & overcoming creative blocks
  • Dreamwork & active imagination
  • Existential crises & rites of passage

In session, I meet with my client for 50-55 minutes, in which we work collaboratively toward treatment. For more information, or to schedule a consultation, contact me at:
